Reservation Procedure:
Please complete the hotel reservation form in order to confirm your reservation. The forms can be faxed to 0043 (0) 512 57 45 35 or sent via email to grauer-baer@innsbruck-hotes.at. There are a limited number of rooms available and reservations will be granted on a first come, first served basis. The reservation deadline is 04 August 2014, if the room block is not already full by that time. Reservations made after this deadline (or after the room block is full) are subject to space and rate availability.

Cancellation:
Guests are able to cancel their reservation with no penalty until 7 days prior to their arrival date. After that, the guests credit card will be charged for 100% of the ordered service.

Only 12 minutes walking from the Messe Conference Center, the Hofburg Palace, the historic Old City, along with a number of Innsbruck’s shopping malls and arcades.

Guests can also call to make their reservations at +43-512-2115. Please be sure to indicate that you are with “LaserInnsbruck” when you call in order to receive the discounted room rate while it is still available.

Guests are able to cancel their reservation with no penalty until 7 days prior to their arrival date. For cancellations 3-7 days prior to arrival, guests will be charged 80% of the ordered service. For cancellations 3 days or less prior to arrival, or in the case of no-show or early departure, guests will be charges 100% of the ordered service. All cancellations must be in writing.
